Ordered from smuckers.com ugh. The whole delivery process was frustrating. Tracking barely moved for days, and then the package still showed up late. Annoying. I also couldn’t get any clear updates from them, which made it worse. If you need something anytime soon, I’d skip it...

"Still waiting for a real apology"
I tried to return an order that showed up wrong, the whole thing has been such a headache. I’ve been passed around for days, with support saying they’ll “look into it,” but nothing ever actually happens. I’m still waiting on my refund and all I keep getting are the same generic replies. At this point, I’d at least expect a real apology and someone to actually fix it...

"Too sweet for me"
I picked up the Smuckers strawberry jam from the site, and maybe it’s just my taste, but I really wasn’t into it. To me, the flavor came off kind of artificial, almost like strawberry syrup with only a little bit of real fruit flavor in there.
It was also way sweeter than I expected, and it left this odd aftertaste that I couldn’t get past. I’m sure some people might enjoy it, but personally, I wouldn’t buy this one again

Every time I check, half the stuff I actually want is missing. This little ‘selection’ they’ve got going on feels like the same disappointment over and over.

"Jam leaked everywhere in the box"
I ordered from smuckers.com the packaging was not great. The jar was just kind of loose in the box with barely any padding, and I guess the lid popped open a little because there was jam all over everything when it arrived. It was such a sticky mess to clean up. If this is how they ship glass jars, I’m surprised this doesn’t happen more often. Disappointing experience

I get that costs go up and businesses need to make a profit, so I don’t want to be unfair. But for what you get, the prices feel high now. I’d be more okay with it if the value matched a little better...

This was just way too sugary for my taste. I took a couple bites and started wondering if they’re secretly trying to get us all hooked on sugar or something. Maybe that’s the whole plan, who knows. Either way, it didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Shopping on my phone was an adventure"
I just wanted to find one product, which apparently was asking a lot. The site kept loading strangely, the menus felt clunky, and the pages jumped around like they had somewhere better to be. Search didn’t really help either, so after a few minutes I gave up. Frustrating for something that should’ve been simple.

"Still waiting for a simple reply"
I tried reaching out to Smuckers customer service through their website and never heard anything back. I even sent a follow-up, but same thing, no response. i’m not even focused on anything else at this point because the lack of a reply is what stands out to me. I wasn’t asking for much, just a quick answer. Having to fill out a form and then getting completely ignored is frustrating. I don’t think I’ll bother ordering from smuckers.com again
